Assays

VIDAS tests are presented in individual, ready to use form. Each test is composed of a strip and a SPR.

The strip contains all the reagent required for the reaction (diluent, conjugate and substrate.)
The SPR (Solid Phase Receptacle) is a plastic syringe pippette-like device. It 's inside surface is coated with the antigen or antibody depending on the assay and acts as a sampling device.
This original and innovative reagent concept provides: ease of use, cost effectiveness and eliminates potential carry over contamination.
