Job Function: The Group Leader of the Verification Testing team provides leadership and mentoring guidance to the testing team (5-10 employees and contractors) in the St. Louis IT Dept.
Job Qualifications: BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
At least 2 years experience leading a verfication /testing team.
7+ years experience with formal software testing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
At least 4 years experience with automated testing.
Prior experience working with databases and writing SQL scripts.
Experience testing client-server and web applications.
Prior experience with Data Driven Testing.
Desired Skills: (in order of preference)
Experience with FDA Design Controls.
Experience in Medical Device In\dustry.
2+ years experience with Win Runner.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience testing Java Swing and Web Applications.
Knowledge of Microbiology.
CMM/CMI experience.
Experience with Microsoft Project.
Some software development experience.
Comfortable with UNIX and Windows.
