Please use product number and item name when
ordering. A MINIMUM order of 50.00 is required.

Written confirmation of telephone orders is not required.
If written confirmation is sent, it must clearly be marked
CONFIRMING since duplicate shipments cannot be
returned for credit.
Terms and Conditions
F.O.B. shipping point. Net thirty (30) days. Shipping and
handling charges, insurance and applicable taxes are at
the purchaser’s expense and will be prepaid and added
to the invoice. All prices are subject to change without
notice.
Return Shipments
Do not return any material without a Material Return
Authorization (MRA) number provided by bioMérieux
Customer Service. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS CANNOT
BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED AT SENDER’S
EXPENSE. Government regulations require dating of many
laboratory products and impose conditions which, in
effect, remove any restocking consideration for returned
products. A product may not be restocked without
the application of the same rigid quality assurance
considerations as were applied to the original preparation.
It is not practical or economical to meet these
requirements. Therefore, only products shipped as a
result of our error may be returned for credit or exchange.
Mistakes in ordering should be reported promptly. Any
returns accepted due to the fault of the purchaser will
be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products made
to order will not be authorized for return except when
the merchandise has been proven to be defective or a
shipping error has been made.
Method of Shipment
Disposable merchandise will normally be shipped upon
receipt of order Monday through Thursday. Methods of
shipping include common carriers, mail or air freight.
Standing Orders
To serve our customers, bioMérieux, Inc. accepts standing
orders. Standing order pricing is based on a per shipment
order and guaranteed for one year.
Method of Payment
In addition to payment by check we are now accepting
payment by VISA, American Express and MasterCard.
